One of the best features of the Finli platform is the ability to set your customers up on auto-pay. This is a great way to make sure you're paid on time and that your customers aren't inconvenienced by having to submit payments every month.
Enrolling in Auto-payment
When your customer receives an invoice, they'll be given the option to save their payment information and enroll in auto-pay. They can do that by paying by link or paying the invoice through the Finli App.
Paying an Invoice with Auto-payment
There's nothing you need to do to setup auto-payment - it's all setup by your customers. Once they've enrolled, then any recurring invoice that you send them will automatically be auto-paid by them as long as:
- They haven't disconnected their payment information
- The Issue Date of the invoice is more than 5 days from the due date
- They don't pause the payment for review
