Reports and exports

Finli offers the ability to export all of your data so that you can create reports and upload into third party systems.

If you’d like to download the customer list: 

  1. Go to your Finli Enterprise Portal, at the left menu, click Customer.
  2.  Look for and check the box beside a specific customer’s name to download their information. (Alternative: If you’d like to download the list that includes all your customers, check the box beside Status.)
  3. Click Export CSV to download your customer list. 

 

If you’d like to download Invoices:

 

  1. Go to your Finli Enterprise Portal, at the left menu, click Invoices
  2. Check the box beside the invoice date for each invoice that you’d like to download (Alternative: If you’d like to download all Invoices, check the box beside Invoice Date for all checkboxes to autopopulate) 
  3. Click Export CSV to download the list 

 

If you’d like to download invoice items: 

 

  1. Go to your Finli Enterprise Portal, at the left menu, click Invoice Items
  2. Check the box for the item linked to a customer that you’d like to download (Alternative: If you’d like to download the invoice item list linked to all your customers, check the box beside Payment Status)  
  3. Click Export CSV to download the list
